Since most of your internal documents can be converted to PDF format, this server will be compatible with your important business documents.
For an external marketing system you should consider either the Adobe InDesign Server or the Quark Dynamic Document Server (QuarkDDS). Both of these systems are the server versions of their respective desktop layout programs. You should consider the file format of your present and future marketing content when deciding which of these servers to choose. There are also some functional differences between the two products which will review with you.
